How to find
your Gardening equipment
Gardening equipment is something
extremely important to every gardener who is passionate
about what he is even if he doesn’t really need all the
supplies he buys.
No
matter whether you are tackling organic fruit and
vegetable production or just maintaining your rose garden,
it is a matter of honor for one who loves working in the garden to
have a hoe, a shovel,
pruning
scissors and a rake
.
It is true though that most gardeners can create
wonders and grow the most beautiful flowers in their gardens
without ever being to the store to shop for equipment and
making do with what they have. But for another part of people it is
a part of the whole gardening experience to go around the store and
buy tools.
What
finally happens is that some of the people only made great plans
for a Japanese garden or an indoor plantation and at the end found
themselves planting a few roses in the back yard and their shed
overflowing with different tools and
containers.
And
the funny thing is that sometimes while looking at all the
gardening equipment you have you may find out that the only things
you actually need are the old pair of gloves and your trusty
kitchen knife that you would never want to replace.
This
knife is a tool that you could use for every single gardening
project, even when it comes to fine gardening. It can be used
instead of pruning scissors or you can accomplish with it
everything that you usually do with a hoe or a shovel. And besides,
you have the best tool for loosening the soil and pulling up weeds
– your hands nicely equipped with your favorite old pair of
gloves.
It
is true that this way of gardening sounds a little sloppy but
everybody knows that when you are in the middle of doing something
there is nothing more disturbing than going every now and then to
the shed to look for the proper equipment. So, the best solution is
to have all the equipment prepared in advance before you start
working on a project in your garden.
But
on the other hand, there is sometimes equipment that is worthy
going to shed to find it – take for example the garden claw. With
its two varieties available
-
one for
standing work and the
other for closer
which perfectly fits in your hand, the garden
claw is
an irreplaceable tool for your gardening
efforts.
By
simply sticking
the
claw in the ground and
giving
it a
simple twist with your wrist you
are able to loosen soil easily and get to
pull out your weeds without
any problem. So,
it is not like the mountain of other gardening equipment you have
in your shed that you really wanted when you saw it in the store
but later it turned out that you don’t actually need it.
