First of all, they are easy to grow, not as temperamental as some of the other indoor plants, and the best thing is that they are very practical- you can use them for making tea, cooking or just for some aromatherapy.

 

Of course, you could always maintain an outdoor garden together with your little indoor jungle, but if you’re not an outdoorsy type of person and don’t want a close encounter with the wormy kind –then the only solution for you is to do your gardening indoors.
